Detailed description of the project:
Application for the monitoring of help requests made by employees. An employee creates a help request that is then assigned to an operator according to the problem. Each step of the problem's resolution is kept in the database for future references and solution optimization. Throughout the process, e-mails are automatically transmitted to the various participants. System created with Microsoft Access 2003
